Carlo Gavazzi Computing Solutions Announces New VP of Government Systems

BROCKTON, MA, September 5, 2006–Carlo Gavazzi Computing Solutions, a leader in the design and manufacture of electronic equipment, is pleased to announce the addition of Jim Tierney as Vice President of Government Systems of Carlo Gavazzi Computing Solutions. Mr. Tierney will be responsible for new product development and the enhancement of company's Military product offerings.

Mr. Tierney brings 25 years of industry experience to this position, including 18 years of employment with Carlo Gavazzi Computing Solutions, during which he held a variety of positions, ranging from engineering to marketing fields. Most recently, Jim Tierney had been a General Manager of Miltron Systems, a US division of UK-based Mektron Systems Limited, servicing the military and rugged enclosures markets.

Jim Tierney received his BS in Business Administration from Stonehill College.
