These voluntary certifications assure customers of Circuit Express' adherence to documented processes and procedures that ensure continued and ongoing improvements in delivering world-class customer support. Our certification process began in September 2007. Through this process the company drafted over 200 controlled documents (resulting in over 400 revision changes) and logged over 300 hours of internal audits across all departments. Perry Johnson Registrars performed certification audits from March 2008 through September 2008, and on Wednesday, February 18, 2009, certified that Circuit Express passed all audits and achieved full certification.
