Curtiss-Wright Announces Appointment of Parker Miller as Senior Vice President - Government Relations

ROSELAND, N.J., Sept. 14 -- Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW) announced that B. Parker Miller III has joined Curtiss-Wright Corporation as Senior Vice President - Government Relations. Located in Curtiss-Wright's Washington DC office, Miller will coordinate Curtiss-Wright's participation on existing and new programs with the U.S. Government. He will also monitor opportunities for strategic affiliations between Curtiss-Wright businesses and major research universities.

Miller began his career as an Infantry Officer and Aviator in the Marine Corps, serving as Company Commander, Budget and Legislative Officer, Group Operations Officer, Squadron Commanding Officer and finally, Director of the Navy Legislative Affairs Program Office. He then spent twelve years with Northrop Grumman, providing leadership in both Capitol Hill and Pentagon business as well as strategic development. Miller received a master's degree in international relations from Auburn University and a bachelor's degree in education and history from North Georgia College. He also graduated from Naval Aviator Flight Training, Amphibious Warfare School and Air Force Command and Staff.
