The new website includes comprehensive information on Artisan Studio®, its standards-based modeling environment, within the context of the UML and SysML specifications as well as Architectural Frameworks including DoDAF, MODAF and UPDM. It outlines key elements of the Artisan Studio toolset including the DOORS and Simulink integrations, Automatic Code Synchronizer and Template Development Kit along with the IBM Rational Rose importer and HOODBridge converter It also details its capabilities in terms of lifecycle support, Model-based engineering, SOA and design re-use, custom configuration and the safety/mission-critical industry sectors in which Artisan Studio is being widely and successfully applied especially with regard to its comprehensive collaborative team working facilities. Information is included on Artisans newly acquired Vds™ collaborative engineering framework.

The new Community section contains details of various different industry standards, associates, analysts and research projects. The News and Events section has also been expanded to include details of forthcoming and archived webinars, trade show participation and latest news from Artisan.

Commenting on the new website, James B. Gambrell, President and CEO of Artisan Software Tools said: “While the previous website has served us well, we felt the time was right to create a new site that both reflects the significant investments we have made in the company and is structured to better facilitate the incorporation of other technologies and products as we continue to grow both organically and by acquisition. In doing so, we feel we have created a site that not only mirrors our prominence in the market but also provides a highly accessible modeling resource for software and systems engineers that is quick-and-easy to navigate.”
