Netcordia, a leading provider of network automation software, secured a new, multi-million dollar contract to continue providing technology to the U.S. Army’s WIN-T program.
Under the contract with General Dynamics, the prime on WIN-T, Netcordia will continue to provide network management and automation tools to support Military missions in the battlefield. Netcordia’s Proactive Network Health Assessment Tool (NetMRI) was originally selected in 2005 to assist with mission critical requirements during force activation and deployment. To date, over 100 NetMRI units have been successfully fielded within WIN-T Increment 1, with dozens of additional units staged for future deployments.
The WIN-T Program consists of four increments spanning over the next decade and beyond in support of the constantly changing network configuration and management requirements of the U.S. Army. Netcordia plays an active role in partnership with the WIN-T Program to ensure changing requirements around functionality, training and platform deployment are incorporated into future product direction.
