U.S. Air Force Awards Fidelity Technologies Corp. a $5.3 Million Contract for New Simulation and Training System

READING, PA. – March 5, 2009 – Fidelity Technologies Corp. (Fidelity) today announced a $5.3 million contract with the U.S Air Force to create a simulation and training system that can be used for a full range of training exercises.

Fidelity will manufacture and deliver the product – called the Joint Terminal Control Training and Rehearsal System (JTC TRS) – within 12 months.

The product will provide real-life battlefield scenarios for war fighters in four areas: Terminal Attack Control, Close Air Support, Air Traffic Control and Call for Fire coordination, training, and mission rehearsal.

The highly-technological system will include a large 240X60-degree projection system – to serve as an interactive screen – and an extensive network of computers.

“This simulator is next generation; a training solution that is not currently addressed by the U.S. Air Force,” explained J. David Gulati, president of Fidelity. “It will provide a state-of-the-art visual system, a wide range of simulated Military equipment and a fully immersive simulated environment for the training of war fighters.”

As part of the contract, Fidelity will provide the Air Force with the specifics on how to build the simulator. The company has a team of highly-trained software and mechanical engineers, who are developing the product at Fidelity’s expanded headquarters in Reading, Pa.

Fidelity Technologies Corporation provides services and products to Government clients in the areas of simulation and training, field support services, military and aerospace manufacturing, and meteorological products and systems. Log on to www.fidelitytech.com for more information.
