Martek Power Abbott announces the release of the CB75S; dramatically expanding the choice of output power of the CB series DC to DC power converter to a range of 5 – 75 Watts.

The CB75S is a 75 watt single output device in quarter-brick size, featuring a wide input range of 16 to 40 Vdc and output range of 2 to 48 Vdc. Standard features include programmable output, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, remote sense and TTL Remote turn on. All CB models are available in I (unscreened) and M (screened) grades.

The CB series is designed with a power magnetic using planar technology with primary and secondary windings integrated into the PCB. This design approach maximizes power densities of the CB75S to 45.38 watt/cu.in, boosts efficiencies and keeps costs low by simplifying manufacturing process. These together with full specified performance over an operating temperature range of -55 to +100 deg C from no load to full load make the CB75S unique in the mission critical market segment.
